We love our house and we want you and our future guests to be able to enjoy it for many years to come. We therefore ask you to abide by the following rules:

• Pets are not permitted at the house
• Please do not smoke in the property or garden
• Bentinck is located in a peaceful residential area of Ventnor, the property is therefore not suitable for events and parties. We also ask that you respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 22:00 and 07:00.

We accept bookings throughout the year. Please use our booking system below to check for availability, confirm pricing and arrange bookings. During the peak periods of mid-July to August, Easter and Christmas we have a 1 week minimum stay with a turnaround day of Saturday. All other periods have a minimum stay of 3 days. Our website is the cheapest way to book a stay with us, however if you prefer, we also accept bookings on other platforms, such as AirBnB and Holiday Lettings by Trip Advisor – but please be advised that they both charge a booking fee to holiday guests.
